The following preferred rates are offered for organizers and participants of the annual Cowbay Regatta:

• One Bedroom Ocean-view Suite (two night rate) $149.00 per night double occupancy
• One Bedroom Ocean-view Suite (one night rate) $159.00 per night double occupancy
• Normal rate for this weekend $169.00
• As of Monday 18 July there were only 16 rooms available for the Saturday night.
