Registration Form
Use the linked PDF form to register for the regatta. Your browser may open the form in a view mode. If so, you will have to download the file before you can fill it in. To save the form on your computer, click File / Save As from the menu or click on the Save button on the toolbar.
Note: The form requires version 8 or version 9 of Adobe Reader to work correctly. The latest version of Adobe Reader can be obtained at http://get.adobe.com/reader/otherversions/
After completing the form, click on the Submit Form button on page 2 to send a copy by email to the registrar. You will be prompted about the method of sending by email. Save the completed form for printing and for your records.
To pre-pay by FAX or post, print a copy to send.
Print a copy and bring it with you to the regatta for check-in.

Payment Methods:
Payment in advance may be made by VISA, cheque or cash. Payment in advance will help to speed up the check-in procedure and our volunteers would appreciate having as much of this done in advance as possible.
UK-Halsey will accept advance payments for event registration, BBQ tickets, T-shirts, hats, and memberships in the Cowichan Bay Sailing Association.

Payment at the regatta may be made by cheque or cash only. See Penny at the check-in at the beach. Registration check-in will be open Friday evening from 1700 to 2100 hrs and Saturday morning from 0830 to 1000 hrs. BBQ tickets, T-shirts, hats, and CBSA memberships will be available at check-in.
